suppressor cells (MDSCs) were sorted from B16 tumor-bearing mice, WT and IL-6KO, that were untreated or given lymphodepleting cyclophosphamide and fludarbine. We report that monocytic and polymorphonuclear MDSC subsets (M-MDSCs and PMN-MDSCs respectively) have a unique gene expression profile in comparison to MDSCs collected from untreated tumor-bearing animals. Overall design: M-MDSCs and PMN-MDSCs were sorted from WT untreated mice (n=3) and lymphodepleted (LD) mice (n=3) IL-6KO untreated mice (n=3) and lymphodepleted (LD) mice. Lymphodepleting treatment was initated in mice with established tumors and MDSCs were collected from the spleens of mice 7 days after treatment.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>Differentiation-Inducing Protein, 3.4.22.-, Myeloid Differentiation-Inducing Protein, B-Cell Stimulatory Factor-2, CDF, RNA Sequence Determination, Laboratory, Myeloid, Sequence Determination, chemotherapy, Il-6, RNA Sequence, Mus domesticus, B-cell hybridoma growth factor, Hepatocyte-Stimulating Factor, B-Cell, mini-ICE, CASP-14, pharmacotherapy, B-Cell Differentiation Factor, broad, Pharmacotherapies, House Mouse, Chemotherapies, B-cell stimulatory factor 2, B Cell, B Cell Stimulatory Factor 2, HGF, House, IL-6, Hepatocyte Stimulating Factor, Interferon beta-2, Mus musculus domesticus, Hybridoma growth factor, Growth Factor, Analysis, CTL differentiation factor, Mice, Drug Therapies, Differentiation Factor, Genomes, Analyses, Determination, Swiss, Hybridoma Growth Factor, Interleukin 6, Swiss Mice, B Cell., Sequence Determinations, Sequencing, B Cell Differentiation Factor 2, interleukin-6 receptor ligand, RNA Sequence Analyses, Therapies, RNA Sequencing, IL6, Sequence Analyses, Therapy, RNA, wide/broad, MGI-2, RNA Sequence Determinations, CASP14, mouse, B Cell Stimulatory Factor-2, beta-2, Myeloid Differentiation Inducing Protein, HSF, Cell, Determinations, BSF2, Interferon beta 2, Mus, IFN-beta-2, Mini-ICE, Chemotherapy, BSF-2, Differentiation Factor-2, B-Cell Differentiation Factor-2, Mus musculus, IFN-beta 2, Differentiation Factor 2, Pharmacotherapy, Caspase-14 subunit p10, distinct, mice, Swiss Mouse, Interleukin HP-1, House Mice, Caspase-14 subunit p19, whole genome, MICE, Plasmacytoma, Laboratory Mice, domesticus, Drug, wide, IFNB2, B Cell Differentiation Factor, Hybridoma, Plasmacytoma Growth Factor, RNA Sequence Analysis, B-Cell Stimulatory Factor 2, Mouse, pharmacologic therapy, Interferon, Laboratory Mouse</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>Differentiation-Inducing Protein, 3.4.22.-, Myeloid Differentiation-Inducing Protein, B-Cell Stimulatory Factor-2, CDF, RNA Sequence Determination, Laboratory, Myeloid, Sequence Determination, chemotherapy, Il-6, RNA Sequence, Mus domesticus, B-cell hybridoma growth factor, Hepatocyte-Stimulating Factor, B-Cell, mini-ICE, CASP-14, pharmacotherapy, B-Cell Differentiation Factor, broad, Pharmacotherapies, House Mouse, Chemotherapies, B-cell stimulatory factor 2, B Cell, B Cell Stimulatory Factor 2, HGF, House, IL-6, Hepatocyte Stimulating Factor, Interferon beta-2, Mus musculus domesticus, Hybridoma growth factor, Growth Factor, Analysis, CTL differentiation factor, Mice, Drug Therapies, Differentiation Factor, Genomes, Analyses, Determination, Swiss, Hybridoma Growth Factor, Interleukin 6, Swiss Mice, B Cell., Sequence Determinations, Sequencing, B Cell Differentiation Factor 2, interleukin-6 receptor ligand, RNA Sequence Analyses, Therapies, RNA Sequencing, IL6, Sequence Analyses, Therapy, RNA, wide/broad, MGI-2, RNA Sequence Determinations, CASP14, mouse, B Cell Stimulatory Factor-2, beta-2, Myeloid Differentiation Inducing Protein, HSF, Cell, Determinations, BSF2, Interferon beta 2, Mus, IFN-beta-2, Mini-ICE, Chemotherapy, BSF-2, Differentiation Factor-2, B-Cell Differentiation Factor-2, Mus musculus, IFN-beta 2, Differentiation Factor 2, Pharmacotherapy, Caspase-14 subunit p10, distinct, mice, Swiss Mouse, Interleukin HP-1, House Mice, Caspase-14 subunit p19, whole genome, MICE, Plasmacytoma, Laboratory Mice, domesticus, Drug, wide, IFNB2, B Cell Differentiation Factor, Hybridoma, Plasmacytoma Growth Factor, RNA Sequence Analysis, B-Cell Stimulatory Factor 2, Mouse, pharmacologic therapy, Interferon, Laboratory Mouse</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Genome-wide RNA sequencing on myeloid derived suppressor cells from mice treated with lymphodepleting chemotherapy reveals distinct IL-6 driven regulatory patterns</name><description>Genome-wide RNA sequencing on myeloid derived suppressor cells from mice treated with lymphodepleting chemotherapy reveals distinct IL-6 driven regulatory patterns</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2020-07-04</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA562907</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE136639</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
