Overall design: Kras/p53 lung adenocarcinoma tumor derived cell lines were subjected to CRISRP/Cas9-mediated genome editing using guides against sgTomato (control) or sgBrg1 (sample). Isogenic Kras/p53 mutant lung cancer cell lines with and without Brg1 were derived and used for bulk RNA-sequencing.
