We used valproic acid (VPA)-induced ASD model marmosets. Gene expression in VPA-exposed and unexposed (UE) marmosets were analyzed at 0, 3 and 6 months (M). We revealed three groups of differentially expressed genes based on the temporal patterns of modulation. Overall design: Tissues from three cortical areas (Brodmann area 8, 12, and TE) of UE and VPA marmosets were isolated. RNA was extracted and hybridized on custom-made microarrays. We sought to obtain differentially expressed genes at each age.</long_description><tag>xref:PubMed:34526497</tag><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Expression data from early postnatal brain in autism model marmoset</name><description>Expression data from early postnatal brain in autism model marmoset</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2021-04-04</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA657011</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE156186</GEO><taxon>9483</taxon><PubMed>34526497</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
