Fecal suspension was gavaged to Dectin-3 knockouts mice orally ( twice a week) for 9 weeks after AOM injection. Mice were euthanized on day 100. Stool sample were acquired from the gut. The detailed mycobiota profiling data were detected by using ITS sequencing.
