EWS/FLI cDNA constructs including various deletions of the FLI portion were virally transduced into cells and we sought to determine the ATAC profile of each. Overall design: Endogenous EWS/FLI was knocked-down in the Ewing sarcoma A673 cell line and EWS/FLI cDNA constructs were expressed in these cells. Cells were collected after 8 days and ATAC was performed using Tn5 to detemrine the ability of each to EWS/FLI construct to alter chromatin state.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>The FLI portion of EWS/FLI contributes a transcriptional regulatory function that is distinct from its DNA-binding function in Ewing sarcoma [ATAC-seq]</name><description>The FLI portion of EWS/FLI contributes a transcriptional regulatory function that is distinct from its DNA-binding function in Ewing sarcoma [ATAC-seq]</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2021-06-16</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA674797</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE160895</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
