After harvest, the fruiting bodies with similar size and shape and without any physical damage were taken to the laboratory immediately. The samples were randomly divided into three groups, each group had 5 fresh-keeping boxes, and each box had 9 T. matsutake fruiting bodies. The three groups of samples were stored at 4 oC and 90% relative humidity for 0, 3 and 6 day, respectively. For transcriptome and metabolome analyses, samples were frozen and ground to power in liquid nitrogen, and 9 fruiting bodies in each box were merged together as one biological repeat. Three biological replicates of each storage periods were prepared for transcriptome analysis."],"repository":["ENA"],"description_synonyms":["CHRONIC, Armillaria matsutake, COAD - Chronic obstructive airways disease, chronic obstructive lung disease [Ambiguous], obstructive lung disease, T22F8.160, chronic obstructive airways disease NOS, and rna binding 2, retention., DISEASE (COPD), Chronic Airflow Obstructions, not elsewhere classified, COAD, number, CAO - Chronic airflow obstruction, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULM DIS, circadian rhythm, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease NOS, COLD - Chronic obstructive lung disease, presence, chronic, PULM DIS CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE, Airflow Obstructions, and RNA binding 1, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease finding (finding), Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease finding, CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE AIRWAY DIS, pulmonary disease (COPD), count in organism, Cold, PULMONARY DISEASE (COPD), Temperatures, Pulmonary Disease, T22F8_160, CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE, ATGPR7, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and allied conditions, chronic obstructive airways disease NOS (disorder), Chronic irreversible airway obstruction, Chronic airway disease, GRP8, GRP7, NOS, GLYCINE-RICH RNA-BINDING PROTEIN 7, (COPD), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), chronic airway obstruction, Airflow Obstruction, chronic obstructive, CAL - Chronic airflow limitation, COPD NOS, CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE LUNG DIS, chronic obstructive airway disease, GLYCINE-RICH PROTEIN 8, Chronic Obstructive Airways Disease, Temperature, Chronic airway obstruction, Chronic obstructive lung disease, Cold Temperatures, COLD (chronic obstructive lung disease), cold, NEC in ICD9CM_2006, storage, Dops, GR-RBP7, GR-RBP8, CAFL - Chronic airflow limitation, Tricholoma nauseosum, Chronic Obstructive, matsutake mushroom, Chronic airflow limitation, Chronic Airflow Obstruction, matsutake, F2G1.4, ATGRP7, OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE (COPD), disease (COPD), ATGRP8, GLYCINE RICH PROTEIN 7, COPD - Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, NEC, chronic obstructive lung disease (disorder), chronic obstructive airways disease, Chronic, cold (chronic obstructive lung disease), Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease, obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), sequestering, glycine-rich RNA-binding protein 8, CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE, COLD, chronic obstructive lung disease, COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease"],"additional_accession":[]},"is_claimable":false,"name":"","description":"Quantitative transcriptomic of Tricholoma matsutake fruiting bodies during cold storage","dates":{"last_updated":"2023-05-17","first_public":"2021-04-04"},"accession":"PRJNA718772","cross_references":{}}
