We utilized a model of systemic anti-viral immunity and found that the ADAM10-Notch signaling axis in type I/III interferon-responsive upper hair follicles (HF) was crucial for the expression of genes that regulated skin microbiota and protected HFs and its stem cell niche from inflammatory destruction. Overall design: Transcriptomic changes in sorted YFP+ upper HF cells from ROSA26YFP_Mx1 and ADAM10 ROSA26YFP_Mx1mice 4 days after poly(I:C) induction.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><name_synonyms>GS11410, GH05739, LcpIII, IFI78, Mx-1, Follicles, BG:DS07660.3, 1700031C13Rik, e(Pc), l(2)br38, A4, AD18, l(2)34Da, CG7147, br38, L[[3]]CP3, AD10, TYPE, AI893580, LGMD2C, Hair, DAGA4, DmelCG7147, l34Da, III, GH14582, 34Da, ADAM10, MX, madm, ad10, Kuz, 3, l(2)c00136, kuzbanian, MAM, LCP3, SCG3, Hair Follicles, IFI-78K, DmelCG2043, l(2)03782, xadam10, DmelCG7776, lcp3, folliculus pili, HsT18717, DMDA1, DMLCP3, Mx, l(2)28-28-12, LCP-3, kuz, anon-35Fa, MxA, CD156c, DmelCG5861, DMDA, CP3, l(2)k01403, Follicle, anon-35Fc, MADM., E(PC), DmelLcp3, anon-48Ac, BG:DS02740.11, SCARMD2, CT22079, CG7776, CG2043, Interferon, 11410, cd156c, RAK</name_synonyms><description_synonyms>GS11410, GH05739, LcpIII, IFI78, Mx-1, Follicles, BG:DS07660.3, 1700031C13Rik, e(Pc), l(2)br38, A4, AD18, l(2)34Da, CG7147, br38, L[[3]]CP3, AD10, TYPE, AI893580, LGMD2C, Hair, DAGA4, DmelCG7147, l34Da, III, GH14582, 34Da, ADAM10, MX, madm, ad10, Kuz, 3, l(2)c00136, kuzbanian, MAM, LCP3, SCG3, Hair Follicles, IFI-78K, DmelCG2043, l(2)03782, xadam10, DmelCG7776, lcp3, folliculus pili, HsT18717, DMDA1, DMLCP3, Mx, l(2)28-28-12, LCP-3, kuz, anon-35Fa, MxA, CD156c, DmelCG5861, DMDA, CP3, l(2)k01403, Follicle, anon-35Fc, MADM., E(PC), DmelLcp3, anon-48Ac, BG:DS02740.11, SCARMD2, CT22079, CG7776, CG2043, Interferon, 11410, cd156c, RAK</description_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Transcriptomic profiles of type I/III interferon-responsive hair follicle subsets from ROSA26YFP_Mx1 and ADAM10 ROSA26YFP_Mx1mice</name><description>Transcriptomic profiles of type I/III interferon-responsive hair follicle subsets from ROSA26YFP_Mx1 and ADAM10 ROSA26YFP_Mx1mice</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2021-07-27</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA749587</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE180798</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon><PubMed>34582748</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
