Overall design: Two T-ALL cell lines (Jurkat and DND-41) were treated with DMSO (control) or PIK-75 (120nM) for 4 hours. Synthesized RNAs (spike-in) was added to the samples based on the cell number. Total RNA was extracted using QIAzol lysis reagent, miRNeasy Mini Kit, and DNase I (Qiagen).
