Overall design: Mttpf/fVillin Cre mice were injected with Tamoxifen or vehicle and Keep on MCD diet for 3 weeks. Livers were collected after 4 hours fasting. Total liver RNA were extracted by TriZol reagent and 3 RNA pools (from 12 liver RNA) by genotype were submited for NGS.</long_description><tag>xref:PubMed:34563519</tag><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Wild Type and MttpIKO liver Transcriptomes on methioine defcient diet (MCD)</name><description>Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Wild Type and MttpIKO liver Transcriptomes on methioine defcient diet (MCD)</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2021-10-22</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA754673</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE182130</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon><PubMed>34563519</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
