The purpose is to characterize the transcriptional landscape of repair cells in control mice, and compare them to the repair cells of Sox9CreER Smo fx/fx mice, which do not heal. Overall design: repair cells isolated from 3 mice of each genotype were pooled together to create one control and one KO sample for scRNA library prep using 10x genomics chromium platform.</long_description><tag>xref:PubMed:35581202</tag><repository>ENA</repository><name_synonyms>trauma, Injuries., Research Related Injuries, Injury, Wounds, traumatic injury, Wounds and Injury, Traumas, Trauma, Wound, Injury and Wounds, Physical, Research-Related Injuries, wound, Physical Traumas, Physical Trauma, Research-Related Injury, injury, Research-Related, Injuries and Wounds, Cell, Injuries</name_synonyms><description_synonyms>trauma, Injuries., Research Related Injuries, Injury, Wounds, traumatic injury, Wounds and Injury, Traumas, Trauma, Wound, Injury and Wounds, Physical, Research-Related Injuries, wound, Physical Traumas, Physical Trauma, Research-Related Injury, injury, Research-Related, Injuries and Wounds, Cell, Injuries</description_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>scRNA sequencing of skeletal repair cells at 4 days post injury</name><description>scRNA sequencing of skeletal repair cells at 4 days post injury</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2022-02-07</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA803190</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE196060</GEO><taxon>10090</taxon><PubMed>35581202</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
