Some SSc cases were sampled at a 6 month routine follow-up visit. PBMCs were collected and lysed immediately. Skin punches were stabilized in RNAlater until extraction. All RNA-Seq libraries were created using Takara/Clontech ribosomal depletion kits, and sequenced on either a HiSeq2500 or HiSeq3000.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>skin benign neoplasm, dermis plus epidermis plus hypodermis, the integument, region of skin, Oct-11a, skin, Systemic Sclerosis, total RNA extract, pelt, Systemic, Otf-11, Skn-li, Sclerosis, vertebrate integument, dermoid system, entire skin, skin zone, integumental organ, SKIN, Scleroderma, mKIAA0493, Epoc-1, epidermis, skin organ, portion of skin, skin plus hypodermis, vertebrate epidermis, Oct11, skin region, Client., integument, Patient, Clients, BC033609, Fam91a1, Otf11, Skin-1a, entire integument, Systemic sclerosis, tegument, AV220772, Skin, dermal system, skin and subcutaneous tissue, Systemic Scleroderma, integumentum commune, Skn-1a</description_synonyms><name_synonyms>skin benign neoplasm, dermis plus epidermis plus hypodermis, the integument, region of skin, Oct-11a, skin, Systemic Sclerosis, total RNA extract, pelt, Systemic, Otf-11, Skn-li, Sclerosis, vertebrate integument, dermoid system, entire skin, skin zone, integumental organ, SKIN, Scleroderma, mKIAA0493, Epoc-1, epidermis, skin organ, portion of skin, skin plus hypodermis, vertebrate epidermis, Oct11, skin region, Client., integument, Patient, Clients, BC033609, Fam91a1, Otf11, Skin-1a, entire integument, Systemic sclerosis, tegument, AV220772, Skin, dermal system, skin and subcutaneous tissue, Systemic Scleroderma, integumentum commune, Skn-1a</name_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Ribosomal Depleted Total RNA-Seq of PBMCs and Skin from Controls and Systemic Sclerosis Patients</name><description>Ribosomal Depleted Total RNA-Seq of PBMCs and Skin from Controls and Systemic Sclerosis Patients</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2022-05-25</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA835195</accession><cross_references><taxon>9606</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
