To this end, we utilized replication-deficient adenoviruses expressing a membrane-stable CD40L (MEM40), mouse IFNb (mIFNB) and a control null virus (Ad-Null). Then We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the gene expression profile in the advs treated tumors of DCs . Overall design: C57BL/6 mice were inoculated s.c. with 5*e5 B16-F10 cells. On D12, mice were subjected to an intratumoral injection with adenoviruses (Advs).
