We present pooled whole-genome sequencing that were used to detect signatures of selection to two climatic variables, summer temperature and colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), and to document patterns of gene flow and genetic drift in L. minutus populations. These responses were measured at two spatial scales: at a latitudinal scale across a broad latitudinal gradient from Southern Quebec to Greenland and a fine spatial scale across a microgeographic climatic gradient in Cape-Race, NF, Canada.</long_description><repository>ENA</repository><description_synonyms>Freshwaters, Water, Fresh, Salmon Louses, Lepeophtheirus salmoni, scale tissue, Harpacticoida, Fresh Waters, Harpacticoidas, Freshwater, Mesocyclop, Mesocyclops, Weights, Measures, Calanoida, Measure, Lepeophtheirus salmonis, Cyclopoidas, Scales., Waters, Salmon Louse, Siphonostomatoida, Copepod, Climates, Salmon, Calanoidas, Louse, Copepods, Copepodas, Louses, salmoni, Measures and Weights, Lepeophtheirus, scales, Cyclopoida, Siphonostomatoidas</description_synonyms></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name></name><description>Climate adaptation in freshwater copepods at latitudinal and microgeographic spatial scales</description><dates><last_updated>2024-05-11</last_updated><first_public>2024-05-11</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA936189</accession><cross_references/></HashMap>
