Plant-microbe interactions in extreme maritime Antarctic environments are weaker in proximity to glacier fronts, but plants benefit from soil micro-organisms at increasing distances from retreating glaciers, despite stressful abiotic conditions. Thus, we propose that interactions between C. quitensis and the soil microbiome contributes to the colonization of recently exposed soils by enhancing plant fitness, performance and survival, even under a warming scenario simulating the effects of climate change."],"repository":["ENA"],"additional_accession":[]},"is_claimable":false,"name":"","description":"Raw ITS and 16s amplicon sequences of Soil sampled at different distances of Ecology glacier","dates":{"last_updated":"2023-05-17","first_public":"2023-02-23"},"accession":"PRJNA936896","cross_references":{}}
