The mode of action was unknown. We analyzed the effect of Ancistrocladinium A on the multiple myeloma cell line INA-6 on RNA level and identivied differentially regulated genes on the one hand and splicing events on the other hand gaining a first insight into the mode of action of Ancistrocladinium A. Overall design: INA-6 cells were treated with PBS as solvent control or 3 µM Ancistrocladinium A followed by RNA extration and analysis using the Clariom D human array. Experiment was performed in quadruplicates. Analysis to determine differences between PBS treated cells and Ancistrocladinium A treated cells was perfomed using the Transcriptome Analysis Console Software 4.0 (TAC4.0, Affymetrix).</long_description><tag>xref:PubMed:37631095</tag><repository>ENA</repository></additional><is_claimable>false</is_claimable><name>Ancistrocladinium A modulates RNA splicing, cellular stress response and induces cell death in proteasome inhibi-tor-resistant multiple myeloma cells: A promising therapeutic agent candidate</name><description>Ancistrocladinium A modulates RNA splicing, cellular stress response and induces cell death in proteasome inhibi-tor-resistant multiple myeloma cells: A promising therapeutic agent candidate</description><dates><last_updated>2025-09-24</last_updated><first_public>2023-09-01</first_public></dates><accession>PRJNA991638</accession><cross_references><GEO>GSE236602</GEO><taxon>9606</taxon><PubMed>37631095</PubMed></cross_references></HashMap>
