ABSTRACT: Loss of methylation of a GTPase-activating protein in melanoma mediates higher proliferation, lower migration, and aggressiveness of primary melanomas. Sequencing of bisulfite converted DNA and array based analysis of melanoma, breast, and colon primary and metastatic related tumorigenic cell lines.
