ABSTRACT: Comparative analysis of bovine, mouse and xenopus oocyte transcript profiles. The results from bovine and xenopus germinal vesicle stage oocytes in this experiment were compared to previously-published microarray data on preimplantation development in the mouse (Carter 2003).
