RNA-seq of coding RNA in left ventricles from BN and SHR rats


ABSTRACT: Gene expression data was generated in BN and SHR rats to correlate gene expression differences with CpG methylation differences detected between the strains by whole-genome bisulfite sequencing.

Epigenetic marks such as cytosine methylation are important determinants of cellular and whole-body phenotypes.
