To identify genes regulated by IND we performed array based transcriptome analysis of Dexamethasone (DEX) inducible IND transgenic seedlings. One week old 35S::IND:GR seedlings were treated with DMSO, Auxin, DEX and Auxin plus DEX for 6 h. Three biological independent experiments were performed.
