Project description:5'-complete cDNA sequencing on ribosome-depleted total RNA from the human K562 cell line. Provides high-quality, genome-wide single-base resolution profiling of transcription start sites and their expression levels. This dataset represents a whole-genome, single-base resolution profiling of transcription start site (TSS) expression in the human K562 cell line. These profiles were established using RAMPAGE, a high-throughput, high-accuracy 5'-complete cDNA sequencing method implemented on the Illumina platform. The data was analyzed using custom scripts and algorithms that are all available upon request.

Project description:We report the application of single-molecule-based sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of Neuroblastoma cell line (CLB-berlud) Examination of gene expression in Neuroblastoma cell line (CLB-berlud), as a negative control
Project description:High-throughput sequencing was performed to analyze genes regulated by the transcription factor FOXA1 in OSC19SSZR cells, a sulfasalazine-resistant oral squamous cell carcinoma cell line.
Project description:We performed a high-throughput droplet-based single-cell RNA sequencing experiment on a sensitive MCL cell line model (REC-1) treated with ibrutinib over time using the 10x Genomics platform. Two biological replicates were generated of an untreated control, 6 h, and 48 h ibrutinib-treated cells.
