Project description:To investigate the role of ketone body in the transcriptome in neonatal mouse heart, we constructed Hmgcs2 knockout mice and performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of wild-type and Hmgcs2 knockout mouse hearts at postnatal 3rd day.
Project description:To survey altered gene expression in MG56-knockout muscle, total RNA preparations from mouse hindlimb muscle and hearts were subjected to gene microarray analysis. Results exhibit the effects of MG56 deficiency on overall transcription, and may further imply the biological role of MG56. Total RNA samples were preparated from Tibialis-anterior (TA) muscle and hearts of three P9 MG56-knockout mice and the corresponding wild-type mice were mixed and then subjected to Affymetrix Mus musculus microarrays.
Project description:To identify novel, cell-specific, pathological pathways that mediate heart dysfunction in Barth Syndrome, we performed single-nucleus RNA-sequencing (snRNA-seq) on wild type and Tafazzin-knockout mouse hearts.
Project description:RhoE is a small GTPase that regulates actin cytoskeleton organization and cell migration. This analysis aimed at exploring the physiological function of RhoE in heart by means of knockout mouse model. We used microarrays to compare differentital gene expression profiles in wild-type and RhoE knockout embryo hearts.
Project description:Investigation of whole genome gene expression in left ventricular tissue from hearts of wild-type, chromogranin A knockout, and catestatin knockout mice
