Project description:We report the application of sequencing technology for high-throughput profiling of RUNX1 transcription factor occupancy in mouse EML cells. RUNX1 antibody was use for chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by high-throughput sequencing to reveal RUNX1 genome occupancy in hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. Project description:An increasing number of studies, including mutant expression profiling and comparative transcriptomic analyses, require reference RNA-seq data collections in mice. Particularly, to complement previous profiling data sets based on arrays, a full RNA-seq developmental series will be required for whole embryos. E10.5 is a key reference stage as it represents the early organogenesis stage. Here, we have performed high-throughput sequencing of total RNA form whole mice embryos at embryonic stage E10.5. Project description:Transcription profiling of chicken development The experiment were perfomed as a part of our Vertebrate Evo-Devo project. The aim of the project is to compare transcription profiles of normal (unmanipulated, wild-type, whole embryo) vertebrate embryos. Total RNA was collected from wild type G.gallus whole embryos at 15 different stages (Stages:HH1,2,4,6,8,9,11,14,16,19,24,27,32,34,38), and hybridized to the Affymetrix Chicken Genome Array. All the stages contains data from two biological replications. Each staged-samples consists of pooled total RNA from several whole embryos.
