Project description:The goal of this study is to determine the role of the transcription factor, Klf12, in mouse NK cells. Transcriptome profiling by RNA-Seq of wild-type and Klf12-deficient mouse CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, B cells, and NK cells. We found that Klf12-deficient mouse NK cells express more transcripts of Btg3 and have a proliferative impairment compared to wild-type mouse NK cells in a competitive setting.
Project description:Transcriptional profiling of mouse iNKT cells comparing wild type and Bcl11b deficient cell. The mice were treated with 4 μg of α-galactosylceramide. Goal was to determine the effects of transcription factor Bcl11b removal in iNKT cells.
Project description:To identify differentially regulated genes between wild-type and Pak1 deficient mouse breast cancer cells, we performed a comparative gene profiling study by using mouse whole genome arrays.
Project description:CD4+ and CD8+ T cells isolated from wild-type and Foxo1-deficient mice were analyzed by global gene expression profiling with Affymetrix array MOE 430 2.0. Results indicate Foxo1 regulates the expression of genes encoding positive regulators of T cell activation, differentiation, homeostasis, cell adhesion, cell migration, and cellular stress responses.
Project description:Transcriptional profiling of mouse E16 epidermis deficient of Sox4, Sox11, or both as compared to gender matched wild type littermate controls. Goal was to identify the genes differentially expresssed in the conditional knockout epidermis vs the wild-type control epidermis.
