Human tonsil with 17 channels

ABSTRACT: This is an image of a human tonsil collected on the Rarecyte Orion. This is a widefield spectral-unmixing microscope with a 20x (0.75) dry objective. The slide was stained with 15 antibodies, Hoechst, and autofluorescence was calculated (AF1) .
