DNA FISH evidence for an X-Y translocation in the Four Core Genotypes mouse model

ABSTRACT: In this dataset, spinning disc confocal microscopy was used to image splenocytes in which a portion of the X chromosome and the entire Y chromosome were simultaneously labelled by DNA FISH, from Four Core Genotypes XY male mice and wild-type male control mice.
