A cytoplasmic form of EHMT1(N) methylates viral proteins to enable inclusion body maturation and efficient viral replication

ABSTRACT: This study comprises of mammalian cells infected with Sendai Virus or other pathogenic viruses, immunolabelled for proteins localized to viral IBs and imaged by confocal microscopy. The influence of a host protein, EHMT1 on viral IBs is assessed under various conditions by monitoring the formation of these structures.
