CellTrack: Benchmark dataset for 2D cell tracking
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This dataset contains 2D time-lapse microscopy recordings of primary human neutrophil granulocytes, acquired using a multi-lens imaging system (as in the ComplexEye setup, see https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-023-43765-3). It includes raw image data and corresponding instance segmentation masks with tracking information. The segmentations were generated by automated models and manually curated to ensure high-quality tracking. Cell identities are preserved over time via consistent label IDs. All data is provided in OME-Zarr format, following the OME-NGFF specification. The labels and raw images are stored within the same OME-Zarr file. The dataset is intended for training and benchmarking of cell tracking algorithms.
