A human embryonic limb cell atlas resolved in space and time
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This submission contains fluorescent in situ hybridization and immunofluorescence images from human embryonic limb development studied across post-conception weeks (PCW) 5-8. Images show fluorescence of marker genes in sagittal sections or 2D planes of 3D stainings of developing human hindlimbs, revealing distinct mesenchymal populations and their spatial organization.
