Effect of BRCA2 BRC4 variants on radiation-induced RAD51 foci formation

ABSTRACT: anti-RAD51 immunofluoresence (Alexa-594), EdU Click-iT (Atto 488) and DAPI staining of PL2F7 mouse embryonic stem cells irradiated or not with 2 Gy IR. PL2F7 were modified by integration of a GFP-hBRCA2 expression construct either wild-type, or with F1524A or S1528A+S1538A substitutions in the BRC4 domain.
