Xenium prime on healthy human lung samples

ABSTRACT: Xenium prime (5K) on healthy human lung samples from parenchyma or bronchi (aiming for first bronchial branch). These samples were obtained from organ donors from the Collaborative Biorepository for Translational Medicine (CBTM) in Cambridge, UK and the majority will be from elderly donors. Note that 10X Flex data is also available for these samples in addition to Xenium uploaded here.
