ABSTRACT: S9C:WT (1:2 molar ratio) alpha-synuclein amyloid fibres labelled with 647 Alexa maleimide dye are incubated with WT DNAJB1, T111C Hsc70 mutant labelled with 488 Alexa maleimide dye and with or without Apg2.
