High-Content Live-Cell Multiplex Screen for Chemogenomic Compound Annotation; Donated Chemical Probes

ABSTRACT: This submission holds the raw data and processed images for a high-content live-cell multiplex screen. The screen is used for chemogenomic compound annotation, i.e. the evaluation of e.g. cytotoxic effects. This submission is about a set of 150 compounds from the Donated Chemical Probes (DCP) library. The Donated Chemical Probes project was initiated in 2017 by several pharmaceutical companies (AbbVie, Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Janssen, MSD, Pfizer, and Takeda) to make a large number of high-quality chemical probes available to the public. Further information about the DCP project, from which this set and experiment originated can be found in the links section. Experimental IDs CQ1-ctf016 till CQ1-ctf021.
