DAB was used to stain primary granules.
Neutrophils from 3 WT and 3 TET2-Mutant humanised mice were imaged.
Images selected for quantification of primary (DAB+) and secondary/tertiary (DAB-) granules are shown in the first 'Study Component'.
All the other TEM images acquired, including no-DAB controls, are found in the other study components.
