Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images of DAB-stained mature neutrophils sorted from bone marrow of mice engrafted with WT (control) and TET2-Mut hHSPCs

ABSTRACT: TEM images of diaminobenzidine (DAB)-stained mature neutrophils sorted from bone marrow of mice engrafted with WT (control) and TET2-Mut hHSPCs, as indicated in Huerga Encabo et al. Fig. 2C. DAB was used to stain primary granules. Neutrophils from 3 WT and 3 TET2-Mutant humanised mice were imaged. Images selected for quantification of primary (DAB+) and secondary/tertiary (DAB-) granules are shown in the first 'Study Component'. All the other TEM images acquired, including no-DAB controls, are found in the other study components.
