Benchmark Airyscan data matching SBF SEM data deposited on EMPIAR-11666

ABSTRACT: Zeiss Airyscan laser scanning microscopy data of HeLa cells labelled with Hoechst 33342, GFP-TGN46, lysotracker red and mitotracker deep red. The light microscopy data was acquired on formaldehyde-fixed cells, which were then processed for SBF SEM. The SBF SEM data can be found on EMPIAR, entry # EMPIAR-11666
