ABSTRACT: Microscopy dataset that can be evaluated using our image processing pipeline for 3D Spatial characterization of Protein Expression Changes by microscopic Screening (3D SPECS; Maier et al., 2018). The archive file contains source data, annotations to mitotic phases, SpheriCell renderings, and links to Fiji and plugin versions we used.
