ABSTRACT: The datasets included in this entry contain cardiomyocytes contractions and relaxation captured by light microscopy in order to validate the software Contraction Wave. Here you can find adult, hIPSC and neonatal cardiac cells treated with Isoproterenol, Verapamil Hydrochloride and a control group.
