Follicle-stimulating hormone induces lipid droplets via Gαi/o and β-arrestin in an endometrial cancer cell line

ABSTRACT: We identify a role for FSH-mediated activation of Galphai/beta-arrestin in driving lipid droplet enlargement in the Ishikawa endometrial adenocarcinoma cell line and show bioinformatic analysis of RNA sequenced endometrial adenocarcinoma samples downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas.
