Deep Visual Proteomics defines single cell identity and heterogeneity


ABSTRACT: This study describes a new concept called Deep Visual Proteomics (DVP), which combines high parametric imaging with a deep proteomic readout of single cell types or states (Mund et al., Nat Biotechnol, 2022). The primary raw data submitted here consist of BIAS raw data, image raw data, a demo dataset, and online material of how to install a free compiled version of BIAS and to reproduce our work.
