ABSTRACT: This is a mathematical model of pancreatic cancer that includes descriptions of pancreatic cancer cells, pancreatic stellate cells, effector cells and tumor-promoting and tumor-suppressing cytokines to investigate the effects of immunotherapies on patient survival.
