ABSTRACT: This is a mathematical model describing the treatment of tumors using oncolytic virus and chemotherapy. The model is comprised of nonlinear ordinary differential equations describing the interactions between uninfected tumor cells, infected tumor cells, an oncolytic virus, and chemotherapy.
