Gérard - 2019 - Coupling the cell cycle and the cell transformation networks (SBML)

ABSTRACT: Model for the Let-7-mediated coupling between the CDK network driving the cell cycle and the malignant cell transformation network. The model is based on the cell cycle model by Gérard and Goldbeter (Interface Focus 1, 24-35, 2011) and on a model for the epigenetic switch linking inflammation to cell transformation by Gérard et al (PLoS Comput. Biol. 10:e1003455, 2014).
