Roy2019 - A vivid cytokines interaction model on psoriasis with the effect of impulse biologic therapy

ABSTRACT: This is a mathematical model describing keratinocyte proliferation dynamics as influenced by immune cells and cytokines within the context of psoriasis. The model also investigates the perfect dosing interval for therapeutic dosages of TNF-alpha inhibitors for the treatment of psoriasis.
