Kruisselbrink2026 - Euromix PBK model

ABSTRACT: This model is a reimplementation of the Euromix PBK model published by Tebby et al. (2020) (10.1016/j.fct.2020.111440). The ODEs of the original model implementation in MCSim were manually converted to transfer equations as used in Antimony. The names of the model elements were kept consistent with the original implementation wherever possible, facilitating comparison between the original MCSim model and the Antimony reimplementation. The SBML file was automatically generated from the Antimony reimplementation, and in a separate step, annotations for model terms and units were added based on the specifications in the annotations file.
