ABSTRACT: The basic design of the experiment is as described in Fryer et al.(2000)Diabetes 49:1978, and is similar to proto-BAIR (EXP_BAIR_0603_02). H-2Kb muscle cells were treated with metformin (2mM) or insulin (100nM) for 0, 2 or 12 hours.
