RNAseq of mouse olfactory sensory neurons populations

ABSTRACT: Transcriptomic analysis of two cellular populations of the mouse olfactory mucosa. 6 x 10,000 olfactory sensory neurons (OSNs) were captured by FACS. Three samples from a high OMP-expressing population and three from a low OMP-expressing population. The RNA from each sample was sequenced on the Illumina Hiseq platform.
