ABSTRACT: Amphotericin B (AMB) is the most widely used polyene antifungal drug for the treatment of systemic fungal infections including invasive aspergillosis. We aimed to understand molecular targets of AMB in Aspergillus fumigatus (Afu) by genomic approaches.
