ABSTRACT: The New Zealand Black (NZB) mouse is a leukemic model. A cell line, LNC, was derived from malignant cells in the lymph node of a 1 year old NZB. We treated LNC in vitro with 20uM IL-10 antisense, untreated control or scrambled sense and RNA was collected at 24 hours.
