Scleroderma and Gleevec treatment

ABSTRACT: Total RNA was extracted from skin biopsies before and after imatinib (Gleevec) treatment using Qiagen RNeasy fibrous tissue kit. RNA was amplified using the Ambion Amino Allyl MessageAmp II aRNA kit.
