Global transcription profiles of Trichophyton rubrum in response to Flucytosine

ABSTRACT: A cDNA microarray was constructed from the expressed sequence tags (ESTs) of different developmental stages, and transcriptional profiles of the responses to 5-Flucytosine were determined.
