ABSTRACT: Expression of known and predicted genes in tissues of Tetraodon nigroviridis (pufferfish) pooled from multiple healthy individuals. Two-colour experiments with two different tissues hybridized to each array. Each tissue is arrayed in replicate with dye swaps.
